Article: Wii On the Go

Recently, PEGA has announced an attachable 8.5" LCD for the Wii.  This device, much like the Gamecube/Tv, flips up and allows you to game on the go.  The TV adapter even plugs into a cigarette lighter so you can play Wii during road trips.  Unfortunately, it hasn't been released in North America, so it will cost $160 to import it.  For more pictures and details, click here.

Article: Wii and DS WIFI Made Easy

For those of you who have had trouble with the Nintendo WIFI USB adapter, or those of you who don't have a router, Buffalo has solved that problem for you.  The company that helped produce the original Nintendo WIFI USB Connector has come out with a card-sized router that can be directly plugged into a broadband-ready port, and it doesn't require a computer.  You can then wirelessly access the internet with the Wii or DS.  Full Story.

Article: Nintendo and Nascar

If you like Nascar and you like the Nintendo Wii, you have a double bonus coming your way.  Nintendo has obviously just gained a lot of money from their latest console and apparently some of that money will go into advertising... on the side of a Nascar race car.  Nintendo is sponsering a race car and Greg Biffle is the man who will drive it.  There have been some jokes floating around that the car will be driven using Wii remotes.  For the full story and the racing dates of the Wii car click here.

Article: Rock On With Guitar Hero III`s New Guitar Design

Red Octane is set to release Guitar Hero III on all next gen consoles, and after an inside look, we can now see how the guitar controller will look for the Wii.  It is only a prototype picture, but the design is probably close to the final version.  As far as Wii owners are concerned, the new controller setup works well.  The Wii remote fits into the guitar via a flap on the back, making this guitar wireless.  Also, the guitar has been redesigned so that the neck can be removed for easier traveling.  If you want to read the original article, click here.

Article: Future Resident Evils and No Online Mode for Umbrella Chronicles

Resident Evil 5 isn't being released for the Wii, but Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is, and after talking with Resident Evil producer, Masachika Kawata, we now know why.  According to him, Umbrella Chronicles is a test of how well a Resident Evil game will go on the Wii and that is why RE5 isn't coming out.  Also, he mentioned that RE:UC will be "more than a stock-standard light gun experience", and that RE:UC will not include an online mode of any form.  As for other RE titles, he said that he would like to do Wii remakes of other older versions and bring them into new light with the Wii control.    Full Story.

THQ's #1 offroading game, MX v ATV is heading out on the Wii and DS for the first time.  Previously, it was only released for other consoles, but now you can enjoy it on the Wii.

Article: de Blob Has Come to Paint the World

Article: Spyro Heads Over to the Wii

Spyro has been in a gaming rut for awhile now, so the developers are trying to create a fresh experience on the Wii.  The new game involves Spyro as he unlocks strange visions that he is seeing.  One of the unique features that will help him accomplish his task is a special "Dragon Time" move that allows him to dodge potential attacks and solve puzzles throughout his quest.  Elijah Wood and Gary Oldman will be back to provide voice overs for extra polish.  You can click here  to read the full article or click here  to see the other screenshots.
