This is ridiculous, it stems from people not being willing to accept responsibility for your own actions.  People need to think with common sense again.  We have become so reliant upon companies telling us coffee actually is hot unless it comes with ice then it may not actually be hot that we can't understand that when your hands get sweaty they lose grip.  The strap that was provided was never intended for the twirling around that I know everyone does with it.  Even the replacement strap could potentially break after prolonged use.  Anyway I find this to be retarded and if I was one of the people that broke my TV with the wiimote then I would be too embarrassed to sign onto this class action lawsuit.

The retail price that Nintendo sets is suggested so they retail stores can sell it for more if they choose too.  Shopko here has had it that way for a while now.

Walmart has a 2gig for 39.98 on their website.  That is the best I have found so far.
