I just got it. It is really a lot of fun so far. Everything I expected it to be, and it seems there are tons of controller positions. Has anyone else played it yet?

Ya there is a good chance they may be wrong. Best Buy still list it as releasing on 3/15, which is definetely incorrect.

Article: The Godfather: Blackhand Edition
The new Godfather game heading to the wii is title The Godfather Blackhand Edition. It will have features specificaly made for the wii, including controller motion. You will be able to "beat down" your opponents by using your wiimote, and also use it for aiming/firing. I'm guessing it will be similar to red steel in terms of control. It looks like it could be pretty cool. There is also a PS3 exclusive version, t check out the source site for details. The game is slated to release sometime in March.

My favorite movie of the year by far was Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. My other favorites for the year were Click, Saw 3, and 007 Casino Royale.

click was really good. It wasn't what expected, because they marketed it as a total comedy, but it ended up being good anyways. Casino Royale was also really good. Talladega Nights I thought was decent, but nothing special. And I haven't seen saw 3, but I've heard a lot of mixed opinions.

There are three movies which I really enjoyed, and they have become 3 of my all-time favorite movies, they are the following(no specific order):

Borat- Just plain hilarious, couldn't stop laughing

The Departed- AMAZING movie, Martin Scorsese is a great director

Little Miss Sunshine- Funny, unique, simply a great movie.

What about you guys? Favorite movies? Any that you disliked greatly?

I recentely saw The Good Shpeherd, I thought it was pretty mediocre.

I enjoy making short videos with my friends. We have made about 6 vids so far, I think. Awhile ago I put up a site, drunkmonkeyproductions.net, or if you go to youtube search drunk monkey productions. The best ones are probably, saw parody, youtube experiment, and street music madness. I would really appreciate some feedback, thanks :-D

14  Off-Topic / The Lounge / Re: Do Graphics Matter In A Gaming System? on: January 10, 2007, 09:28:20 PM
I think graphics are a little important, but far from the most important factor. For example, lately I've been playing a lot of Super Mario Bros. on the VC. Far more fun and addicting than many games I have played, despite the extremely outdated graphics.

I also agree about the wiimote, its something new. I love how the Sony president called the wii a mild upgrade. The PS3 is much more like just an upgrade than a wii if you think about it, because the wii introduces a new type of gameplay. Whereas the PS3 just updated graphics and other such things.
