I got tired of the games that sacraficed good gameplay with hours of replay value, for the shock of blood and lust. Not to mention that a video game console should never cost $300 to $600, brag about its new generation graphics, and yet still not use its complete potentional (such as the PS2) and continue to produce unoriginal games in a line of series.

My first love was Sega, and Nintendo has always been viewed as the rival but Sony and Microsoft are dead to me after years of poor video game production. It truely is time for a revolution. A time for something new. ?I hope the Wii is for real, and the news that was posted...if half of it is true, then the Wii is going to be Nintendo's rebirth as the home console king.

As of E3, it seems that people who follow video games closely are generally more excited for the Wii or Xbox 360. Sony shot itself in the foot with the PS3's sticker price and not to mention, many of its features are rip offs from the Wii or 360.

I never really cared for Zelda, partly because I hate thinking while playing a game. Mindless gameplay tends to be what I go for...however, the Wii is a little different and the Twilight Princess may be the way to go, and give me a major reason to like Zelda.

So if the WIi wins in Japan, and the positive momentum in DS sells, one would think the Wii would gain popularity in the states as well....I hope this equation is true, because I want the Wii but I don't want a Mario: insert subtitle here or Donkey Kong: insert subtitle here every other game. The Wii is innovative, but I don't want a relapse in game variety.

PS: I am such an idiot at times. Normally, when I come onto the wii-volution site, I am autologged in. Guess I wasn't this time...so the post above was me. My bad.

Okay. I'm wrong. Like I haven't gotten that before. Practically every night, my girlfriend goes off on me about how much I suck. And everytime she keeps hammering on about random things that I never knew I said or did, I always ponder if it would be alright if I just choked her. Not real hard, but hard enough to get my point across. Point being, her shutting up and letting me play my friggin' PS2. Look it, I don't care if she is at my house. She's practically there 24/7...so is it wrong, that I come home from my crappy job tired? Why can I not sit down, pick up the PS2 controller, play for an hour or two, eat oreos, peanut butter, and milk, then go to sleep? I don't want to deal with the lecture. Just one good choking is all she needs. But then she'll complain about that too....in which case I will take the cloroform out and just sedate her for the better.

I guess. I mean, at least it hasn't started yet anyways. None of the games that we know of, have anything "wii" in the title. Just as long as the games are solid, and have hours of replay then I'll be happy. If not, I'm going to be one broke college student looking for the blood of all who had part of the Wii's game developement.

I would like Sonic, but I don't want them to add in the whole cast. Besides, most of the characters in Sonic are all pretty much the same. They all run real fast and have some punk bitch  teenager attitude which is what pisses me off the most about them....

I liked Sonic 3D but I know a lot of people don't. Yeah well? I can't argue anything, because I remembered playing the game and thinking it was the shit. My girlfriend bought me Sonic Heroes for Xmas, and I've beaten the gamew with everyone but team Shadow. It's an okay game, I don't like the whole team thing really....Sonic to me, was always a bit of a loner, running to fast for that pussy, Tails, to catch up. But the physics in it, and camera angles in Heroes was horrible.

Anyways....I like Sonic. I know he was in consideration. But don't add a crap load of other Sonic characters because that would be going overboard. If you want to really debate others, I would say the only other one worthy would be of course Dr. Robotnik or as the new gamers came to know him as, Eggman. A lost of symolism in Sonic, man versus nature with natue winning of course.

Yeah well...so the SSBB is going to be played with the Wii contoller or the Gamecube controller?
