I see a Wii-vo shop in the near future.

Keep an eye out for Wii-vos exclusive Puff Daddy t-shirt, complete with his infamous catch phrase, "blow me."

Yay, more people are back. That means I will start posting here some more to try to get this site going again. Hopefully even more people can comeback.

Thanks for jumping back on the bandwagon.

I didn't get Madden this year (usually get the newest Madden with my newest console, and thats it because all Maddens are pretty much the same), but I was wondering if it was good for the Wii. I think I'll be getting the one next year, but thats only if someone on these boards gives it a stamp of approval.

And my objective is to make such extremely stupid comments that simply can not be ignored on this site as to delay you both.

Seeing as the Nunchuk and Wiimote are already through the roof on price, I wouldn't be surprised to see this bundle cost as much as Rock Band.

But really....do we need a wireless Nunchuk?

But what if I want to be a good guy? What if I want to be a big-time cop, shutting down the bad guys. Suddenly, everything in GTA about its openness seems so closed to me.
There are still 'Vigilante', 'Paramedic', and 'Taxi Driver' Missions if you want to play the good guy/

I know...but thats more of the same. Its like, limited access to part of the game. Like for instance, with Brawl, no ranked matches against people who aren't on your Friends list. Thats no fun. Thats the whole point to Xbox Live, go on, play people you don't know, talk shit to them, and then end up friend requesting them because they were "cool" about it. GTA4 will be the same thing as GTA 3, just with better graphics. If this game is truely next-gen, then I want to be able to call the shots more. I know Mass Effect allows you to choose dialogue. I could care less for that. But thats going down the right path. What I am saying, is allow me to be the character. Allow me to choose my life. Maybe I don't want to be an absolute boy scout, saving people day in and day out. Maybe I want to be a bad cop. Or maybe I want to be just a street thug. Or maybe I do want to be the boy scout who does nothing but good deeds. In any case, for a next-gen GTA, I want to be indulged in the experience and saw that the main character was me.

I've just seen the video not too long ago. Then I went, ate chicken fried steack with gravy. Whiped my mouth clean. And decided, GTA has officially become overrated.

The first trailer made me want a PS3. It looks nice. But whats new about it? Character customization is restricted and won't be like GTA3: San Andreas'. But once again, its of a minority character who is looking to move up in life. People say GTA's greatness lays in its sandbox style gameplay. And sure, there are a lot of things to do. But what if I want to be a good guy? What if I want to be a big-time cop, shutting down the bad guys. Suddenly, everything in GTA about its openness seems so closed to me. And as I watched the last trailer, I realized. Its more of the same thing but with better graphics. One of the many reasons why I went to the Wii....for originality and innovation.
99  Nintendo Wii / Wii - General / Smash Flash and Boobies on: December 05, 2007, 06:35:53 PM
Ladies and Gentlemen, the state of the Wii is great. At least, if you have one. With actual, and good games (rather than minigame games) finally being released for it, we can truely say the Wii is strong and well. And its future is as bright as its pristine polish on its white case.

So, no doubt, there are videos out there that simply are a must watch for any Nintendo fan.

Smash Kingdom

Smash Kingdom is without a doubt, friggin' awesome. Check it out. It is a comedy, action flash that uses sprite animation on all out favorite Nintendo characters in Super Smash Brothers: Brawl. I garuntee you, that it will have you smiling at the end. I will warn you, it does feel a slight bit long. Nonetheless, an excellent watch.

Topless Wii

I'd put up a link for this as well, but knowing that Wii-volution's main audience is mainly younger than 18, then I will only make those willing to seek for it aware of it. The video is on a UK based site, called Nuts. Er, yeah? Go figure. What you will grace your eyes on, is two beautiful, topless girls playing the Wii. But its not all about boobs. Its about guessing the game that the beautiful, topless girls are playing on the Wii. So make sure to watch closely.

So there you have it. Feel free to post comments on the videos, or post comments about more great Wii videos.
100  Nintendo Wii / Game Chat / Martial Arts: Capoiera on: December 05, 2007, 06:23:49 PM
Ever wanted a job where the pleasure of spilling your opponent's blood by your own fists is your paycheck? Ever wanted to become the underground Capoera champion? Well, how about it?

The Nintendo Wii will soon be giving you the oppurtunity to. Thanks to the minds at Signature Device and Graffiti Entertainment, they will be bringing us Martial Arts: Capoiera in the near future.

The game will combine the action of the fighting and sports genre with RPG elements. Therefore, you will level up your character through training (much like Fight Night games). And then go to a match and swing away. The game will also have actual Capoiera moves. In addition it features:

"Features :

-12 distinct Fighters with 10 customizable fight skills
-Compete within authentically reproduced and famous cities from around the world
-Fight, win money, and buy training sessions to increase your skills
-Bet against other fighters in outlawed Street Fights or ‘Rodas’
-Realistic fights. KO your opponent with killer attacks!
-Game modes: Tournament, Arcade, Quick Fight, Survival and Training
-Hundreds of real motion-captured Capoeira moves"

This will be a game to look forward to. Somewhat reminding me of Fight Club, Yakuzo style.

Everyone thinks the Patriots are an instant Super Bowl team. Watch them drop it at the end. Too much pressure on them, and they've been exposed by the Eagles and the Ravens. They'll be beaten.

I'm glad the Wiivolution Civil War has come to an end.

And now, without further adieu...

Giggidy, giggidy, goo.....alriiiiight.
103  Off-Topic / The Lounge / Re: Okay, can you guys settle me and my sisters argument?? on: December 01, 2007, 08:11:10 PM
Keep in mind, I don't own the game...but I think you save Luigi from a cage. Saw something on G4, the video game channel....but wasn't really paying attention.
104  Nintendo Wii / Game Chat / Re: Rock band? on: December 01, 2007, 08:06:59 PM
In that case, good luck. Let me know if Rock Band is worthwhile if you ever get it. Maybe I'll find it at a yard sale 10 years from now.

Well if he wanted it to be a complete surprise, then why the hell on earth did you even say anything about it? Now that you two have been jamming it down our throats for the past week or so, I really could care less about it right now.

Remeber when Super Mario Galaxy was a game to be out for the Wii on release date. And when Super Smash Brothers Brawl was scheduled to come out in three days from now?

So how come there was no outrage then? How come you didn't shoot flames then?

Look, its taking a little longer. Keep in mind, MB does a lot for this site and it takes a lot of time. He's excited about this project and knows that when it comes out, you will be excited for it as well. Its just like when movies, games, whatever are pumped up before their released. Its a marketing technique - something to get people excited for and something to bring in the masses. Give it some time, after all we're talking about the same guy that created wii-volution by himself, and has supported it (writing code, financially paying for the site to be up, etc.). And also, he always is trying to hold contests that are free to enter that take little or no time to enter. Just like us all, he has a life outside of Wiivo....
