i just saw the video ofrom ign of the guy playing red steel BWii SMSC and wii sports..i just gota say..batalion wars looks awsome..multiplayer will be great!

I never did pick up Battalion Wars for the GC but I love Advance Wars and with the Wii controller I'm sure it'll be great. I'll most likely get it.

This is one of the games I'm really looking forward to. If anyone has more information about the game, please post!

I know a lot of people didn't care for the GC's BW because it appeared so cartoony and childish, but I heard that those that did play found out that it was a great strategy game that offered a challenge. Hope BWii will be twice as good.

The original is only $25 used currently. As one of the first games to incorporate online play, I think it will be hugely addicting.

well the original bw SCREAMED multiplayer. it needed it so bad. bw for gc is not a bad game but without multiplayer you'll be wishing it lasted so much longer.

I never really got BW for the GC because I could never bring up my interest in it. There wasn't any real big promotions or reviews that inspired me to do so. Maybe I'll rent it this weekend or something just to try it out.

I am definetly getting BW2 because it looks easy and fun all at once. I can't wait to see how it utilizes online play because battling 1 vs. 1 is gonna be great.
