Article: Demos of the Nintendo Wii Channels
Wii.com just released six new clips of its Channels in action. The Internet Channel runs off Opera and does indeed display flash movies. The zooming feature was also very nice and flow extremely well with the rest of the channel design. Along with this on the Internet Channel, you can see streaming media with sound in the video clip. This makes me wonder if there will be parent features for the internet? We don't want little Johnny stumbling across some questionable video and images now do we?
Next in the Mii video it states
"You can save the characters you create in your Wii remote control and carry them around"
I don't remember hearing about this before, so I assume if you bring your "Wii remote control" over to a friends house, you'll get to play with your personal settings and character(s). I can see Wii Sports being alot of fun this way!
