Go to target and put down AU$20 to make sure you get a Wii on December 7, and an additional bonus, so Target can draw in more people to reserve it there, is you also recieve a AU$600 voucher to use on buying games and accessories for your Wii.

The Wii's retail price is AU$399.95

Well I can't confirm this, but others from living in Australia have otherwise said it is true.

I also just found out that Toys R Us, in Australia, was offering a FREE game when you pre-order the Wii & PS3. Just had to put down $50 and recieve a free game at launch.

Ah just to make things worse, Toys R Us of Canada was offering a bundled Wii which includes: Wii, 2 controllers, 2 games for $279.99 .

We have been pre-ordering for months now.

I still wouldn't buy from target even with that deal (I bet theres alot of catches too).
Target never has any stock and all their games are over priced, even 1 year after a game comes out it will still be $90 or more.

Are you crazy? Target is the only store in my area that has the best deals on games. Example, when Age Of Empires 3 came out they had a SALE price that was $10 cheaper than any other store. I ended up buying AOE3 there and getting my $10 reserve at Gamestop transfered over to another game.
