It's a hard pick between Goron Mines and Arbiter's Grounds, but I'm gonna have to with Goron Mines. Although
I did like the Arbiter's Grounds boss battle more.

yeah, the arbiter's grounds boss is pretty cool. it's hard to say what the best was though
