Article:  Playing the Wii on a GBA

' ]
All I have to say is it is amazing what people are coming up with now adays. After the jump we have a video of some guys who got the Wii to function through their GBA's screen. To bad they didn't publish how they did it. As a side note, they cut most of the loading times out so the video jumps around alot. Read more to watch it.

that gameboy mustve had some major modifications as the gba cant support the sound channels of the snes much less the wii. i think they futzed with the gba as they never show the whole thing.

Maybe they were just using the gba's display and were running the audio to some external receiver?

More than likely they just used a GBA TV Tuner. Link http://www.gameboy-advance.net/accessories/gba_tv_tuner.htm

its probably just a GBA media center made by action replay or one of those flash cart back-up things. They just load on a video of them playing the wii, and pretend that its playing in real time.

Or it's real, i dunno...lol :em-20:

its not too unbelievable, but that has to be one of the most impractical wii mods ive seen yet, especially when someone has a tv readily available. small screens kinda take away from the whole experience

perhaps he should try wrapping each wii-mote in bubble-wrap, so hell be prepared for such a mishap, plus bubble wrap is just fun!!!
