I got a idea.

I had this idea for a little bit now, but do you think you tech guys and/or girls can make a adapter so i can plug in my N64, SNES, NES, Game Cube controllers in to the mote like the classic controller and i dont haft to get a wireless game cube controller? Thing is I might not be the first to think of this so no one give me a hard time if some one has posted a idea or spoke of this idea.
I hope you can make it for me!!

Well, you would actually have to make a whole new controller (most likely) seeing as you have to have a certain wire to do so, etc.

There is a company that is making classic controllers that have a GC converter built into them... I just don't remember the site. It's in the news somewhere if you want to do a search.

They weren't making classic controllers, they were selling converters for use with classic controllers, and by that I mean original NES and SNES controllers.
GC5000 was talking about having the controllers hook up to the Wiimote, not the Wii console also.

Obviously not, seeing as it requires a lot of knowledge on how to make a connector to the Wii-mote (seeing as no one has done it besides Nintendo).

It would probably cost more for an adapter than for a classic controller, and the classic would probably have a lot fewer bugs...

Depends entirely on how it's made. However, Nintendo's aim is simplicity and non-gamerish with the Wii, so I doubt they will make them so there aren't 5 different controllers around a console.
I do however, think that idea is nice. I'll use a Wavebird until it does happen.

I work at a game store, but didn't get my Wii at that store, rather I waited at Best Buy during the second big shipment of Wiis on January 21st, and got the second to last one. This one little kid calls the store I work at EVERY SINGLE DAY to see if we have Wiis. One day, The call went:
Kid: Do you have a Wii?
Me: Yes I do... (pause) What do you need to know about it?
Kid: No, I meant can I buy one?
Me: Oh my, no. We've been sold out for weeks.
Kid: ...BYE
It may be mean, but he's annoying

You could somehow just take the nunchuck, cut off the end where it connects to the Wii Remote, then figure out which wire does what, etc. etc. . Then a brain surgeon connects the cut nunchuck connector to a n64/snes/nes controller. It's mad I tell you, mad!
Yeah, the easiest idea would be to take a wavebird, hide the connector inside the Wii, and there you go. Anything dealing with trying to convert an older controller to be able to connect to the Wii Remote will be one very intelligent person figuring out how to do so.
