Plan on buying SMB 1,2,3 on the VC, and Super Mario All Stars? I mean, its basically the same thing, but I want to get me some Mario games, all types!

If you get All Stars then you could play the others though, and you would save money(seeing as we will be charged for them).

Yeah, I'd just get All Stars. But I'm sure that All Stars will cost more than each of those other games. If it's more than them all combined then just get each one individually.

Well....the Super Mario Allstars game didn't have the exact same graphics/games as the originals.  So technically they're two different versions.

Yeah, but All Stars also offers the "Lost Levels". I remember spending ages on that game. It's a shame my Snes is over in America. Sad

Man, I remember spending Christmas Break helping the guys in the dorm beat Lost Levels... They'd been spending 3 days and were on like 6-2... I came in for about 3 hours and beat it. It was tough... but it was rewarding.

I'm not sure if I, personally, have beaten it(I was quite young when I got it), but I remember the frog guy in the end. Man, that was one pretty strange boss fight(if I remember correctly).

I never got All Stars, my friend did, and I played it sometimes but I never personally owned it. It'll be one I get on VC.

It's reasons like this that make me wish both my SNES and N64 was over here. Now I'll have to download games that I already own... Sad

Yeah, I'm sure a lot of people will have that problem. They'll buy games they've already owned or still own. Not only because of like your reason but like the system doesn't work anymore or they are just too lazy and want the convenience of it on their Wii. I have several NES games that I could try and find but I'd rather just download them onto my Wii.

Luckily, it shouldn't be too difficult to bring my N64 over here and play that, but I would still have to download most of the SNES games that I own. Well, I wouldn't have to, but I'd sure as hell want to... Sad

Is "Lost Level" the game with planting and tomatos and all these vegeterian things?

I am going to do what Thrillho said, I 'll buy each one of them and all together... Tongue

Are you talking about the Super Mario Bros. Lost Levels? Or an entirely different game?

No, you don't plant them, but you can pick them from the ground and toss them at the enemies. Cheesy
