Has this ever happened to you? 

I was on You Tube and I pressed the home button to get to the Wii menu.  When it froze the screen was white and I could see the little Wiimote hand but I couldn't move it or anything.  Reset didn't work.  Powering off didn't work.  I put a game in and that didn't help.  I had to unplug and plug it again to unlock it.

Has this ever happened to you?

Yeah happen to me about 4 times while using Opera. But thats jsut a trial version and its proably gonna run a lot smoother once the full version comes out.

I hear this happens some. No biggie, since some websites are "heavier" than others like YouTube, but I haven't really had a problem with that site.

Can't wait for the Final version. Especially if it's free.

I work at a game store, but didn't get my Wii at that store, rather I waited at Best Buy during the second big shipment of Wiis on January 21st, and got the second to last one. This one little kid calls the store I work at EVERY SINGLE DAY to see if we have Wiis. One day, The call went:
Kid: Do you have a Wii?
Me: Yes I do... (pause) What do you need to know about it?
Kid: No, I meant can I buy one?
Me: Oh my, no. We've been sold out for weeks.
Kid: ...BYE
It may be mean, but he's annoying

I don't have online issues because I don't have access to broadband. However, my Wii has frozen on me twice already...and I have to pull the power cord out to cure the cancer. Its messed up and its pissing me off.

I've had my Wii freeze using Opera about 5-6 times already. Anything from browsing my email account, watching a video on wiitube, or playing a flash game on wiicade. It gets annoying, but I'm sure it will be fixed through the final/full release of the Opera browser.

The browser's the problem here. It's usually not a connection problem. I did a bandwidth check on my Wii and then my PC (using wireless and wired connections respectively) and they were actually comparable. The opera browser just has so much it needs to fix before it becomes a remarkable channel. I'm not expecting it to be 100% functional with the internet, but just little quirks keep me from using it lots more.

It's still my favorite "bonus" channel yet though.
