Article: The Simpsons on Wii!

' ]
The rumors have been trickling in more and more that The Simpsons will make an appearance on Wii! This via IGN: "Springfield's nuclear plant is soon to be
run entirely by kids and their next-gen consoles in this, the first of
a multi-title deal with Electronic Arts and Twentieth Century Fox
Television and Gracie Films based on The Simpsons. At least it's safer
than having Homer at the controls." It's no secret EA has a license to produce a Next-Gen Simpsons game and now it's listed on EB games  site as a Wii title. On top of it all, Stewart Burns, writer of The Simpsons, apparently has a thing for the Wii as well. This is nothing but good news if you ask us!

lets see.... a franchise well known for making crappy games teams up with the developer known for making half arse games? what could go wrong!? alot my friends, alot. almost every simpson game has sucked and this one is not likely to buck that not so proud tradition..... but the arcade game was awesome.....

Hit & Run was awesome. But we don't even know the theme of this one. I'm not counting my Yoshis before they hatch.

yes, yes, hit and run WAS, minus the arcade game, the BEST simpsons game. theres been over 16 simpsons games however, and only two out of 16 is NOT a good track record..... so im not staying optimistic about this at all. as far is m concerned, it already sucks, but if it does turn out good, hey, ill be pleasantly surprised.

I actually enjoyed Road Rage a lot. It wasn't nearly as deep as H&R but it was still a lot of fun. If EA has brain one, they will do a sequel to H&R. With any luck, it will include some mission in Shelbyville.

well he didnt say he liked road rage more than hit and run, just that he enjoyed it. lets face it though, road rage was a pretty good crazy taxi clone.... but it wasnt much else.
