It looks like the very first GTA IV trailer has hit the interwebs today!

I'm a a really big GTA fan, so this announcement is great for me. I know there is already a game out that is based in NYC, but R* should really pull this off a lot better.

So, any opinions on the choice to put GTA in a real city? I think it's great.

Liberty City was based on New York City. Vice City based on Miami. And San Andreas was a span across California and Nevada. So it isn't a huge shock. But I mean, to actually see the Statue of Liberty and Town Square...its breathtaking (yes, I know its not the first game to do this...but with these graphics...damn!), however my only worry is this will be ample evidence for bored politicians to attack and divert the American worries away from the war in Iraq and Afgahnistan.

Yeah well...the trailer looks slick, and you said it...wish this was Wii news.

A lot of people have been commenting on the new character's appearance and a majority of people hate the way he looks and wish his appearance changes. I kind of hope they stick with it.....could make for a real interesting story, and perhaps not be the same old GTA where the main character is a gangleader.

i have to admit the game looks great! as soon as it was released i quickly watched it before the servers overloaded lmao which is what happened. and with regards to the charcter, i like it, but he doesnt speak in the trailer, well it dont look it lol, could just be a shot of an average person lol. im probaly wrong but whatver it is, im sure this will be a great game, just hope it comes on wii, probaly not but no harm in hoping lol!

Does anyone know if there will be WIFI support? I don't know about anyone else, but I think organizing your own gangs over the internet and having gangfights with other in game gangs would be sweet!
