Article: Nintendo and Sony Reject Manhunt 2

The latest controversy surrounding Manhunt 2 has come down to a firm conclusion from Sony and Nintendo.  Both companies have refused the game in it's current form.
Fisrt we were introduced into the violent horror world of Manhunt 2.  The Wii was perfect for reinacting real life motions in the game.  Then Manhunt 2 was banned in the UK and Rockstar games responded a little bitterly, but with the full knowledge of the violence in this game.  On Tuesday, ESRB gave Manhunt 2 the rating of 'AO' for the Wii, PS2, and the PSP.  Rockstar had wanted to pass the game off with an 'M' rating, but they didn't get one.  Now Nintendo and Sony have both refused to release Manhunt 2 in North America because of the rating.  Even if they hadn't done this, they would not have got very far because most US retailers refuse to stock 'AO' rated games.  Rockstar has not yet commented on this turn in events, but they definitely will, and when they do, we give you the update.  Click here  for the original article.
