Weren't all the characters in Paper Mario Cel-shaded or were they 3D? I'm not sure :?

They are like 2.5D of that's how Paper Mario is, it's sort of like Viewtiful Joe. Where it's not exactly 2D and not really cel shaded or 3D.

No, they are not quite cel-shaded. They are just flat, 2D characters in a sort of third dimensional world.

That IS what it's called! I want to see Paper Mario in Brawl as well, if cel-shaded Link is in it. :-D
