So, we all know the Wii browser is... clunky, to say the least. Now it works fine, except the interface is, in my opinion, terrible.

Quick Suggestions:

-Overlay: What do I mean by "Overlay" you ask? Well if you own a PSP, at the least, and have used the browser, then you know what I mean. It basically removes the gigantic interface buttons from the main internet area and allows you to call up the menu and URL address. Nintendo needs to dump the gigantic buttons and create an overlay menu. It then allows for better display of a website and better accessibility to everything.

-Safety-Bar Removal: Ever notice the giant black bar on the top or moderately small bars on the left and right that you can still see your cursor go over? Well that would be a "safety" bar, so to say. There is really no point for them, seeing as they are just... there. Really, it would be fine without them. If they are there in the final version, Opera should go rape a pencil sharpener. Anyway...

-Cursor Change: Here's an obvious point. Why the hell did they decide to use the Wii's, compared to a normal computer cursor, gigantic hand as the cursor? It's "big" for a cursor and blocks certain things when playing flash games, etc. I just want a regular cursor. 'Nuff Said.

-Tab Support and More: Opera uses tabs in the regular browser, why not on the Wii? It wouldn't be hard to do it. Maybe allow three-five tabs and be able to navigate between them by pressing a button combination like 1+2 or A+B. Even IE7 has tabs. Once Microsoft gets the idea, I really think most browsers should at least have the option to use them. Also, the browser seems "blurry" in most areas when zoomed out. Other text the same size shows up perfectly fine on other channels, why not here? The Wii is perfectly capable of processing a better image, so why not?

Well, I'm sure other people have better ideas than I do, and I do know these are more basic ideas that nearly everyone thought of already. Anyway, if you have anything, feel free to post away.  :em-11:
