The Virtual Console will be a way for them to make money off retro games so retro roms will be just as illegal as current games roms.

Well Nintendo is trying to do the little guy a favor and keep the prices low. Lord knows if Sony had it's way all games would be $75 and if they had a VC they'd be $25 and $35. So be thankful it isn't more.

Seeming as this topic seems to be about roms now, I was just wondering if that add button means that we can add stuff to the downloads now, and if we can, what should it be. ( obviously not roms)

I don't see a Wii emulator ever happening. Gamecube doesn't emulate too well and how would they emulate the wii with the motion bar and what not?

Nintendo is very poor man friendly, $250 or less for the wii, that's pretty good.

A Wii emulator could work in some ways for some games, but for the majority I'd say it won't.

Yes it would. The keys on the keyboard would be used as the buttons and nunchuck movement, and the mouse would substitute the wiimote. Simple as that.

Yeah, but how would you do in and out? The mouse can only do up, down, left, and right.
