Wii-volution

I am looking into doing some custom programming for the site. I'm looking into and writing up plans for a  easy to update cheat code section and a update-able game list section. What are your opinions and does anyone have any other suggestions for new section additions to the site? Time to learn some more PHP!

suggestion - have me be a writer for reviews :D, i just got the position at wiiplus and want one here :D

Definitely try to do a release dates section. Few sites have them or a reliable regularly updated one. That's what I go to IGN for half the time, just to seen when a game I want comes out.

I've started to design and prototype the game list / release date section :-)

Perhaps a cheats and tips section somewhere would prove rather useful. You know, where people can submit cheats and tips and the like for videogames.

I plan to have that in there too :-) this projects going to take a while hehe.

Hey, perhaps a question and answer section would be nice too, while your at it :P? I have seen it work well on other sites.

That's already available here on the site, I just need some people to submit questions for it :-)

think we could leave it on the forums for now, its more fun to discuss an issue and get multiple view points, and people prolly wont read it anyway

I think it would be better that way, though. It's better than someone making a whole thread just to ask something like "Is it really called the Wii?"(even though, one still could come up with a better question than that) :P

have u been on the nsider or ps3 forums? people are now just finidng out about the $600 price tag, people are asking if its really called wii, asking about a ton of stuff both in faq on site and in the forums
