Do you guys like the new menu icons and the new URL Bookmark icon?

Different....

I'm not a fan...but maybe they'll grow on me.  I think I don't like them because of their white square backgrounds.  Make them Gifs or something.

I couldnt see the white on my LCD haha, ill see if I can change them

Yeah, I'd get rid of the white behind them, but other than that they look good!

Ah I don't feel like messing with it, metroid id like to request 5 20x20 transparent gifs for the menu :-D

LOL, I didn't notice where you asked me to do that. I would have tried had I seen it. But yeah, those are definitely better. I'd change the Falco one to another mario one just to go along with the theme. He seems sort of out of place next to mario, wario, and yoshi.

Well if you have 3 more icons that could be mario themed and at 20 x 20 that'd be cool :-) if not I can get some together

I don't know if any of my artworks would work as icons. Shrinking them down would make them look weird. But I'll look for some mario themed icons.

I like the coin. What would be really cool is if we could find a starman to replace the star.

I don't really like the Goomba. For the final two I'd go with the coin and a starman.

not to be picky but just pointing out the white around bowser isnt transparent so u can see it

This is the first time I have ever payed much attention to them really. They do look pretty neat, by the way. :wink:

Good points man. I reckon that the Luigi face should be replaced by the 16-bit Link from A Link To The Past. :D

Yeah, the Luigi face does look sort of out of place compared to the others. I think you should either go with them all Mario themed, or each one from a different Nintendo game.

Give me some names of other mario characters you might like to replace him and I'll look for tiny icons

I like the little symbols but I'm use to the star and wire next to information and whatever. Don't matter, its all the same. A nice little touch. If anyone complains about the pictures....then my only suggestion was to swap out whatever they're complaining about with a mushroom...

They look good now. None of them look awkward with the others. It's really not that big of a deal like I guess we're making it out to be. They are just icons after all.

Still, they do make the "Main Menu" box more interesting and stand out better. Then again, I don't really use those links anyway, but it's still a nice touch. :D
