Wii-volution

The latest issue of Nintendo Power claims that the Opera Browser that was released for the NDS in other countries finally headed to the United States! :-D

Also, Wikipedia claims that the US release date is set for June 4, 2007 and ign.com (http://ign.com) has a full preview with a few dozen photos (although most of them are in other languages). :|

Anyway, I heard this browser was super-sluggish. I can barely see myself using this anywhere besides a place with a Wi-Fi hub.... wait... I would have a laptop, most likely, so I see no point in this.

I might buy it depending on how much it costs. It will probably cost $30 USD.

I highly doubt it seeing as it comes with a RAM expansion pack, which is used to speed up the terribly slow device. Most likely, it could be $30, but who really cares anyway?

No, I was just joking around with you. If it does come out, I'm sure it will be within a month or more of the U.S. release.

dude, i cant wait for this thing. I'd rather wake up in the morning and get out my ds and use the browser to check wii-vo rather then turn on my comp and wait for it to boot up. the videos are pretty cool looking.

I don't know if it will be faster (probably slower) than the Wii or a PC, but it would be nice and compact and it would be easier to carry around.

do you know what would be kool! if they had compatabliaty with the ds on the web browser! like u can use the DS/Ds lite touch screen to like type stuff!!

wait...what are u talking about...u do use the touch screen to type...theirs a little virtual keyboard on the bottom screen like on pictochat...

He's talking about the Wii Browser being compatible with the DS. He's saying it would be cool if you could type with the DS while the browser was running.

That would be cool and it would be faster than the current points and click typing that you have to do on the Wii.

Yeah, but the PSP internet is slow and it takes a long time to type anything because you have to use the buttons, but it still works.

As Snipes said, the PSP's browser is very sluggish, in my opinion. Loading takes a somewhat long time, so I'd rather use a Wii browser than the PSP's.

Like gohan said! Ds/Wii connectivity, and use DS as a keyboard! Genius! Shigeru, start reading Wii-volution forums. You can make lots of moolah. We have loads of Ideas. What if he does, though? THat would be cool. Or maybe, one of our members are him!!! Show yourself, Miyamoto!

OMG Miyamoto! ARE U HERE?!?!?! I THINK IM RELATED TO U...actually no my grandma just kinda looks like u along with my other japanese relatives...yea i geuss it would be kind of cool to use the ds to type for the wii..

Maybe I should email Nintendo Power and tell them about this website and they could relate it to higher up.  (Or they might advertise it in their popular websites section of their magazine).
