looking foward to whatever's coming ray. I just got another wii ( caught the bug again after picking up a few Wii's for Ebaying for Xmas money, and decided to keep one for myself)

Trust me... You will like it... A LOT

Well I'm just really tired of the constant "OH YOU'LL LIKE IT" crap that continues to flood out of you and MB. You should have just never announced it in the first place and just released it. It's a lot less communistic since you wouldn't be saying we would like it in the first place.

Well if he wanted it to be a complete surprise, then why the hell on earth did you even say anything about it? Now that you two have been jamming it down our throats for the past week or so, I really could care less about it right now.

It wasn't me who said anything... MB was the one who first hinted at it, specifically because he wanted you all to know that something good was on the way.

Remeber when Super Mario Galaxy was a game to be out for the Wii on release date. And when Super Smash Brothers Brawl was scheduled to come out in three days from now?

So how come there was no outrage then? How come you didn't shoot flames then?

Look, its taking a little longer. Keep in mind, MB does a lot for this site and it takes a lot of time. He's excited about this project and knows that when it comes out, you will be excited for it as well. Its just like when movies, games, whatever are pumped up before their released. Its a marketing technique - something to get people excited for and something to bring in the masses. Give it some time, after all we're talking about the same guy that created wii-volution by himself, and has supported it (writing code, financially paying for the site to be up, etc.). And also, he always is trying to hold contests that are free to enter that take little or no time to enter. Just like us all, he has a life outside of Wiivo....

To anyone else let me reiterate in a nice ordered list:

• I work fulltime
• I goto school full time
• I'm studying for finals week right now
• I built the site from the ground up
• Advertisments don't cover it, I pay for this site monthly and it's expensive
• I also do all the custom programming
• Content? Yea i've been doing all that too until recently.
• As puff said, any contest i've had has almost always been out of my pocket including the Wii give away.

What do I get in return? Bitching, nasty emails from people telling me my site sucks, editors that do nothing but sit around with a title. Constantly pouring money into something I get nothing from. Oh and as for a social life? yea that's been replaced with this site too.

and I could really care less if you came back to this site, people cutting me down while im trying to provide this for you and the million unique visitors to date is not what I need right now.

MB doesnt need anybody bitching about the site... I'm glad at least Puff Daddy understands the situation. He has a shitload of work to do everyday... in order to bring these massive upgrades he's making sacrifices that he can barely afford to make. He has to do almost all the work around here, and he doesn't have to take this crap. Imagine him shutting Wii-vo down. That would suck, wouldn't it? This site exists because he decided to make an awesome Wii fansite that is about to get even better, and all he gets in return are continuous complaints.

He doesn't need this, and he can end all of Wii-vo at his sole discretion.

Just please, show some respect.

Anyway, I remember stating that it was 4:00 A.M. in the morning and I was rather cranky after sitting on Halo 3 for 6 hours on end with my friend who forced me to play (I'm not all that into it any more, Orange Box FTW!). But... I just don't like being "teased" with announcements. Now I'm not saying "Well damn, fuck you MB for not putting it out right now," I'm just saying you shouldn't keep building it up. Once again, please don't take that in the wrong way.

I'm not trying to come over as an asshole, I'm just saying that building up an announcement will always get you this, no matter how good you are. Take a notice at IGN, people constantly bitch at Matt and Mark because they announce little hints about when something is going to be shown off and if the company decides to move the game announcement back, half of their Wii forum boards go crazy, it is just like that.

So good luck with whatever you're working on and I hope it is as ground breaking as you have said it will be, but please don't  hype it up until you know an actual date of release, to help prevent any more of the forum bitching.

The only reason I said anything about this update is because there were murmurs in posts of me abandoning the site and what not, and the lack of activity frankly is me putting in the hours doing the update, and even though the new stuff still had awhile to go in development I felt I needed to say something to show I'm not letting you guys down... that seemed to back fire a little bit. Sorry guys, I'm trying my best to please everyone though.

I'm glad the Wiivolution Civil War has come to an end.

A little bit. But my primary objective is to add to his Database and create a specific page for something in the near future.

And my objective is to make such extremely stupid comments that simply can not be ignored on this site as to delay you both.
