To bring in the New Year, i'm bringing in a brand new Wii-vo! Cheat codes, Friend codes, Saved Game Downloads, Trailers, Forum and Community enhancements, Arcade, and countless other additions and improvements have been made! I've spent literally countless hours and many late nights slaving over the new site by myself for the past 4 months and these are the fruits of my labor. Wii-volution is very user driven now which means the community can submit cheats and saved game files with ease. So instead of relying on the. .. .

Very, very good job. I'm extremely sorry for bitching about anything considering how big of an update it was. Well, hopefully everyone will come back after the holidays and see it.

On a little side note: I've noticed that my town of Coal Township is showing near Pittsburgh on the friend code map, when it is actually somewhere in northeastern Pennsylvania. (I also believe everyone else is out of place, but I'm not too sure.)

Anyway, great job and I'll try to get some of my saves up and such. I'll try to get my 120 stars for Mario up and when I get to it, 121 stars for Luigi.

Thanks for the support, yea there's still much to be done but I felt it was stable enough during testing that I could launch it now and fix issues as they arise. The main thing I see now is the homepage is a bit slow under high loads (something I really couldn't test internally) but other than that the sites held together fine under load all day long. I still have alot of things I want to do but what we have now is going to really excite the community I feel. Thanks for your contributions to the saves and anything else you help with, its much appreciated. As always, any suggestions are welcome.

Enjoy!  ;D

For the Wii Saves FAQ, you may want to add this:

To find the code for the folder in which the game is located, look at your game case or game CD. You will see a code that looks like RVL-RMGE-USA. The part RMG, in case of Super Mario Galaxy, would be the first three letters for the folder. It should always be like this for most, if not all, Wii games.

Looks fantastic :) Huge improvement and everything is much more accessible and easy to use. And you have that thing up the top that changes the width settings! Thats damned brilliant when you have a 24" screen because 50% of my screen was background colour before  ::)
