I've heard Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Wii is essentially a revamped version of Under the Knife for the DS. The DS version was lots of fun and it looks like the new wii controls could work really well. Still, if its really just a remake with revamped controls and some extra dialogue, is it really worth buying if you've already played through the DS version? Curious to see what folks who've played both think...

From what I have read about it, it looks like it's not quite a sequel, but there's enough changes to the game to make it a worthwhile buy.  Gamespot has some great videos reviewing it. <br> http://www.gamespot.com/wii/adventure/traumacentersecondopinion/index.html?q=Trauma%20Center
