Does anyone know where I can get ear buds from Nintendo for the DS Lite? Does Nintendo even manufacture and sell their own ear buds? I don't want to buy any 3rd party ear buds because they tend to suck and get broken really fast.  Just got Elite Beat Agents for my DS and it's one of the best games I've played so far on the DS!  Everyone in my family don't think so because the music is so loud...

Take my advice when I say this: Nintendo-brand earbuds are garbage. If you want really nice earbuds, our friends at Apple can help us out:

I ordered a pair of those a week ago and just got them today. They are probably some of the best, highest-quality earbuds I've ever has the pleasure of owning, and they are well worth the price. Yes, $99 is pretty steep, but they're great. I'd reccomend them to anyone.

Any standard headphones will work.  Use the ones you use with your portable CD player, MP3 player, whatever.

Yeah I use my iPod headphones and they work just fine. They would look really nice with a white DS Lite.

LMAO! I'm such a moron it's not even funny...     I was looking at the hole on my DS Lite where you plug in the headphones/earbuds and it had a really irregular hole.  I thought you could only use special earbuds that were made for the DS Lite.  I just grabbed my headphone from my CD Player and it worked... Lol.  Thanks for everyone's help though.

Ray00101: thanks for the link but I think they're a bit out of my price rage.  I'll just grab one for $10 at my convenience goods store.

Since you're having to look at a low price range, you should check out the Phillips HE592 earbuds. I picked some up for my DS for $15 and they've been the best bang for my buck.

In my opinion, JVC Gumy earphones are not half bad.  They're also a steal at ~$10.  Try not to work up a sweat, though, because mine actually rusted (no good for workouts)!

Another recommendation --  JVC HA-FX55ZB earbuds, ~$25.  Currently using these and very happy.  They had a volume slider on the cord, which is especially handy.
