thats really cool. you could probably sell stickers like that for a lot of money.

but im clueless on how you make a sticker like that.

I had a machine that cut vinyl in a class in high school. I used a program similar to 3d studio max to draw it out, and then the machine cut the lines in. I had to cut it out though, that can be tricky with a lot of detail like that. Basically it's a home-made sticker.
