are you kidding me? the much inferior and non mp3, movie and podcast playing psp is losing to the ds?! who woulda thunk it. but holy crap thats a lot. no wonder we cant keep any dses at work.

Thats amazing that they've are having a very successful time with their HH. I went to every Best Buy Target Wal Mart EB Games Gamestop for about a month to find my ol' lady a DS. The last time I went before finally getting her one, they had just sold their last DS minutes before I got there.

This is a perfect example of what may come on the Wii vs PS3.
DS - cheaper, more "kiddy" game, less powerful
PSP - more expensive, more adult orientated, miltimedia system
Although you can always find a PSP at the store, while the DS you have to be strategical in when you can pick one up.

Wii - cheaper, less powerful, as of now no real selection of adult games
PS3 - more than a car payment, supposedly the best graphically, blu ray
And likewise with the HH, before I even go into a store they have a big sign saying "PS3's IN STOCK" and for some reason they are left untouched on the shelves while every shipment of Wiis sells like hotcakes.

Sony has to release some very compelling games to keep up with the Wii, however the 360 has some very cool games and more to come, that's why I think it'll be close only against Microsoft and Nintendo.

Wow that was a horrible rant that I went off about, sorry about the huge off topic mess.

Thats not too much, considering there are only 525,600 minutes in a year.  The DS has been out for a bit more than 2 years, so somewhere around 1.2 million minutes.  The Wii probably has better sales per minute than the DS at this point...

yeah puff daddy, theyre flying off the shelves arent they? is that why the store i work at has 9 of them and we havent sold one in over 2 weeks? or the bestbuy near us has them set up on a table near the middle of the store trying to sell them? these things are selling like sars infected wombats. and you can take that from someone who sells games and systems. ive SOLD more wii's to people than i know people who bought a ps3.
