I dont think a few google and msn bots are really the cause of the slow downs because they dont put anymore load on my server than one of you guys do :-P But I did change it to 3 days though to have some balance because content changes daily here and because googles likes to index this site which is a very good thing. Maybe things will load a bit faster, maybe not, we'll have to see :-)

I haven't noticed as many slow downs. Or maybe I'm just getting used to them, so that might have helped a little bit.
