It was announced awhile back that the VC games would be around $4 and $8 when converted from yen. I would imagine they'll round it up to a nice and even $5 and $10. That will probably be the price for regular NES and then SNES games, but I would imagine that N64 games will be like $15 and $20. What do you all think about the prices? Are they too much? I think the bigger games will cost more than just regular titles. Like Super Mario Bros. will probably be $10 or more, just because it will be so popular. I think the prices will be okay. I'd really like most of them to be at $10 and below because I'll probably buy a lot if they are at that price.

Hopefully it will turn out as the same amount in GBP. If so, it wouldn't be too bad. Especially as I get a nice £10 a week. Tongue

Sounds ok, but aren't they gonna give out things like those Nintendo VIP things you get in boxes or something?, But ones that give you a free download. I read something like it in the official magazine.

I hope they do, but I've heard that they'll have like the iPod iTunes cards where you can buy a certain amount on a card. That would be pretty cool.

imy snes broke..so i cant wait to get wii to dl snes games..plus..i want to dl dueling drgons..i loved that game..hope they have it

$5 / 500 Wii Points =  NES game
$8 / 800 Wii Points = SNES game
$10 / 1000 Wii Points = N64 game

Especially since some games are super awesome, and they are still $5.

NES: 500 Wii points
SNES 700 or 800 Wii points (don't remember)
N64: 1000 Wii points
genesis: 700 Wii points? (I think)
Turbografx-16 800 Wii points? (i think)

I'm 100% sure on NES and N64. I read them in my NP (Nintendo Power) I let someone borrow it and I'll get it back soon. I'll tell you the sure prices of VC games when I get my NP back.

Anyone remember TMNT 1?  That game was unbearable.  There was no way to beat that game unless you litereally "beated" it.
