so we all know the super commercial hits and hte cult classics got their turn and are still getting their turn on the virtual console.... but what about the obscure games that really didnt find very good commercial success? all of these game had a problem to keep them from selling well.
rocket knight adventures- sonic was out at the time
strider- most people except the arcade guys turned their nose up at this
actraiser- because real time games werent really in the spotlight then.
worms armageddon- cause noone had heard of it.
ogre battle 64- a shortage in the chips used to make it caused only a few copies to be really available
dynamite heddy- because it sounded dumb and you threw your head at enemies..... yeah...

The games you picked for this poll were a bit too obscure... I don't recognize a single one.

Strider! Yeah! It's a game based on a manga. Strider Hiryu is in Marvel vs. Capcom. Holy shit fucks, they need that on the wii!

Obscure? I know all these games and actually thought they were popular...but I guess I was wrong. Rocket Night Adventures would be great. I know a lot of people love Strider but I was never a big fan of the game so my vote is definetly for Rocket Night Adventure.

puff...... you are officially one of the coolest guys ever now. finding someone who has actually played rocket night adventures is like painting a picture......in a dryer.... while attached to a jetpack..... with out a brush or canvas..... and while being covered in bees. its a little uncommon. its a fantastic game and has a cult following so it may get released.... but i doubt it.

I've heard of all these games as well. If I could only choose one game, it would have to be Rocket Knight Adventures. The other game that I wouldn't mind purchasing on the VC is Actraiser. That's how I was with older systems, just get the games that look fun to me, not just the ones that were the best sellers.

I heard of all of those games as well. I remember playing Dynamite Heddy......anyway It's a hard choice
between Actraiser and RKA. I'm gonna go with Actraiser.

Wow... this is a pretty good list.

Rocket Knight and Strider would be excellent choices, I can't pick!

I work at a game store, but didn't get my Wii at that store, rather I waited at Best Buy during the second big shipment of Wiis on January 21st, and got the second to last one. This one little kid calls the store I work at EVERY SINGLE DAY to see if we have Wiis. One day, The call went:
Kid: Do you have a Wii?
Me: Yes I do... (pause) What do you need to know about it?
Kid: No, I meant can I buy one?
Me: Oh my, no. We've been sold out for weeks.
Kid: ...BYE
It may be mean, but he's annoying
