I came up with a list of games for the Wii that will have Wi-Fi online play.

Animal Crossing
The Bigs
Battalion Wars II
Forever Blue
Mario Strikers Charged
Pokemon Battle Revolution
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
(possibly Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Mario Kart, if they make one)

If you hear of any more, please add them to the list.

My one problem with any system's WiFi network is you run into too many people using action replay software.  Take Mario Kart, for example.  It kind of ruins your experience to be losing repeatedly to a blue Yoshi that seems to be using the star power up constantly.  If the Big N can fix these problems, then they will be able to take their formidable gameplay giants and compete in the online battle that Microsoft has been waging.

3 points:
1) Action Replay Is going to have an insanely hard time making one for the Wii.
2) If they did, I doubt it will be usable on WiFi
3) N is smarter than that, they've probablyfound a way to circumvent AR for the Wii.

I would hope so.  I run into way too many ARs when I use pretty much any Wi-Fi game for DS.

Interestingly enough that has never happened to me on WiFi with DS. Where have I been? lol

Does anyone know whether or not these games will implement the same friend code system that PBR is going to use? Cause that would be a bummer

I hope it doesn't need the same system.  Nintendo really needs to get their online act together.  Basing your entire online system on preventing pedophiles from molesting childeren just doesn't work in practice.  If Big N can get over that, they have some very strong games behind them to fight Gears of War, and other online titles.

I believe it still uses codes, but isn't the same as the DS. Instead I think you just use your Wii ID Number for all games instead of an individual code for each game, but don't quote me on that.

Yeah I think that's what they are going to do. If they use a friend code for each game, I will be very disapointed, then log in to here, and be forced to create a Wii Friend Code topic.  :|
