Holding the DS towards you, the hole to the left of where you insert a game catridge is where you plug in the charger in order to recharge your DS.

He's talking about the inside of any DS game box. You have the area where the game is stored and then you have another area above that. I wish I knew where my game boxes are so I could take a look at it, because from my memory all I see is some kind of place. Maybe a slot for a GBA game...idk.
