Finished SPM! Now what? (What to buy related)
«

If you just want to get to the scoop of this post scroll down to "Anyways...."
--------------------------------------------------------
So i just finished Super Paper Mario, took a while because of my work schedule, I have to say the light hearted manner it was executed with and the ending was nice, I have to say 8/10 if you wanted to know. I miss turn based action, anywho.
So here are the games that I currently own:
Wii Play
Godfather: Blackhand
Super Paper Mario
Excite Truck
Zelda: TP
Madden 08
and my friends somewhere have (don't let friends borrow metroid):
Metroid Prime 1 and 2
On reserve I have:
The Bigs
Resident Evil 4 (Never played it before)
Metroid Prime 3 (Weeeeee!)
Anyways... I'm looking for a good multiplayer game, I realize that Mario Party 8 is next week, but I have never played those games before, and I kinda want a good (easy) multiplayer game that can satisfy my single player nature.
Any suggestions? Games I have been eyeing SSX Blur for awhile, but again I think I'd end up playing this more alone than with others... In the mean time I can finish Godfather which took a break to beat SPM, any suggestions with good commentary is appreciated!

I would either suggest Mario Party 8, which, if it is like other MP games, should be fantastic with Wii controls.
Also, you don't have Madden
08
, you have Madden
07
.

If you're willing to wait a while you can go
for Super Smash Bros. Brawl
, the best action-packed fighting game ever. Its among the most anticipated games for Wii.

Ha. Ha ha, sir. You have no proof of it being
the best action-packed fighting game ever
since no one has yet to play it.

Yes, well when I say that, I mean the sequel to it, which had that title, so I can rightfully assume the sequel will have the same title.

You make absolutely no sense. Also, if you haven't noticed, you are an EDITOR, not a moderator. No need to advertise in your signature.

He
is
a moderator temporarilly, but he is wrong about Brawl. True, it has a high chance of being a great game, but Melee is not
the best
game ever, nor is it close. It is an amazing game, and the best game of its genre, but I can list 5 games that are actually better games than Melee.

Madden 08 is a typo of course, and no need to hijack my thread about Brawl lol~
I was curious about current releases, Brawl is a gimmie. I dunno, seems like i almost made it out of the game drought alive.. i really really want BWii, but again thats in the future...
I guess this means that there are no current games available that will satisfy me, making the trip to gamestop anyways.. never know might see a gamecube game I want.

You think that I made a mistake....That was on purpose. Wow.... We are both Moderators....anyone part of the staff is a moderator. If we weren't Moderators, then why are we given the powers to sicky threads, lock topics, remove messages, remove topics, split topics, or merge topics? We are given these powers for a reason. Plus, by both your and my name, do you see the word EDITOR? Because I don't. I see the word "Moderator", and Green Stars beneath it. We aren't getting our Blue Stars back because it screws over the arcade.

You think I don't know that? The
only
reason it says you are a moderator is because... well it has to. Without it, you couldn't access the arcade and you wouldn't be recognized on the forum for being an Editor. I'm just suggesting you shouldn't say you are a "moderator" when you applied for the job as an "editor."
Note:
We aren't given "those powers" for a reason. They are just part of the "Moderator" member group. The "Editor" group was based off the Moderator group, thus the reason why we had the powers.

If that's the case, then being an editor and being a moderator is the same thing, therefore I am justified in stating that I am a moderator.

No you aren't. You were "hired" as an Editor. Just because your member group says gives you moderator-permissions, doesn't make you a moderator. Sure, you still
can
do moderation, but you should "advertise" that you are an "Editor" rather than a "Moderator."

I really enjoyed SSX Blur. I just put up a review (in the reviews/previews section) if you're interested. Though it is more single-player focused, I had a lot of fun with the multiplayer as well.

I think i'm going to buy Mario Party 8 and hope it doesn't collect dust.. and i'll probably pick up blur once it hits the bargain bin!

Hey, I said you should get Mario Party 8, seeing as you were looking for a good multiplayer game.
