Spongebob and the 'Creature from the Krusty Krab'

I am stuck on Spongebob squarepants 'Creature from the Krusty Krab' for the Wii. Can anyone help me?
The level I am stuck on is called 'The Girth of a Hero' and involves the character Patrick. The object of this level is to pound all the buttons. When I get to the river I have to find a way accross the river but I am stuck. There must be something around for me to press but I can't find anything.
I can't seem to find anything to climb on either so there must be something at ground level.
Can anyone help please?

I dunno if anyone here will have this game to help you out. You might want to get www.gamefaqs.com people there put up guides for all games reguardless of its Rating!
