There have been rumors constantly circiling the idea of Okami for the Wii. The gameplay would be perfect - allowing players to make each stroke of the brush by simply wiggling the wiimote in the exact same way. It seemed the Okami was meant to be for the Wii.

And Capcom has agreed.

Capcom has officially announced Okami for the Wii.
