Ever wanted a job where the pleasure of spilling your opponent's blood by your own fists is your paycheck? Ever wanted to become the underground Capoera champion? Well, how about it?
The Nintendo Wii will soon be giving you the oppurtunity to. Thanks to the minds at Signature Device and Graffiti Entertainment, they will be bringing us Martial Arts: Capoiera in the near future.
The game will combine the action of the fighting and sports genre with RPG elements. Therefore, you will level up your character through training (much like Fight Night games). And then go to a match and swing away. The game will also have actual Capoiera moves. In addition it features:
"Features :
-12 distinct Fighters with 10 customizable fight skills
-Compete within authentically reproduced and famous cities from around the world
-Fight, win money, and buy training sessions to increase your skills
-Bet against other fighters in outlawed Street Fights or ‘Rodas’
-Realistic fights. KO your opponent with killer attacks!
-Game modes: Tournament, Arcade, Quick Fight, Survival and Training
-Hundreds of real motion-captured Capoeira moves"
This will be a game to look forward to. Somewhat reminding me of Fight Club, Yakuzo style.
